One of the great things about living "west" again, is we are closer to family! We went to Utah for Spring Break, and again for Thanksgiving. During Spring break we visited with the Mosbackers, Brian and Tycie (this is when I first got to meet her), and even Steve and Natalie and family- - since they were visiting from Chicago.
Spring break:
Visting Vivian park in Provo Canyon-- fun with cousins!!
Trip to the aquarium:
What a cute couple!
I love our family!
Thanksgiving trip:
Of course, I thought a lot about my midwest family during this Holiday- especially since we spent Thanksgiving with the Coons the last two years. We definitely miss them! We did have a wonderful time with the Mosbackers, Brian and my parents . . . we packed a lot into this weekend- Thanksgiving day, a nice walk to the park, Jon, Dad and Marcus hiked the Y, gingerbread houses and a trip to SLC to Temple Square. We even took in a play at the Hale Center Theater- South Pacific.
We had fun staying at Brian and Tycie's place! Especially Marcus- he got to play gamecube games with his uncle . . .
Thanksgiving at the Mosbackers' new house!
Hiking the Y was a fun outing for the boys- - I think Marcus decided he wants to go to BYU someday after seeing the campus! Of course, we would love this too . . .
